At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, one of the four staff present had a completed CPR/First aid training completed and documented in MERIT. No staff files were available for review. At the time of onsite Monitor Visit, multiple backpacks that contained first aid kits were lying around the cafeteria and left unattended, accessible to children.
